The week includes an original nonfiction reader about big and small things, a printable student reader, comprehension assessment, and anchor chart templates.
Vocabulary is taught through picture cards, printables, journal prompts, and an assessment. Daily Deep Dive lessons use mentor sentences to strengthen grammar skills, editing, and comprehension.
Students will also complete a craft and directed drawing with a text response to bring their learning to life.
