Roll and Jump Back Subtraction Game | Number Line Fact Fluency Practice

About this resource

Help students practice counting back with this Roll & Jump Back subtraction game! A number line on every problem gives students a clear visual for finding the answer.

Students look at the starting number and circle it on the number line. Then they roll a number cube and jump back that many spaces to find the answer. Two versions give practice subtracting within 10 and within 20, using either a 6-sided or 10-sided number cube.
