Get Your Teach On (GYTO) has provided professional development and encouragement for teachers and school leaders since 2016, through national and regional conferences, virtual conferences, and school and district trainings. Every session is research-backed and evidence-based: presenters submit research citations with their workshops and provide evidence of their content's efficacy. All presenters are current classroom teachers, school or district administrators, or experienced professional development providers.
